We will check in your athlete for their sessions.

Can I switch times?

We understand that sometimes you need to adjust schedules. You will not see all the session times available in Zen Planner, so if you need to change a session time, you can text the Movement Member Line (815) 240-0652 to change

If your athlete misses a session, they can make it up during that week at a different time or later on. You have been given access to one extra training session throughout the week if you need to move timesl. If you have questions about a specific time, you can text our Movement Member Line at (815) 240-0652

Frequently Asked Questions

What can we expect?

Our program is completely coach led. Your athlete will train in a small group setting (typically 10 athletes :1 coach) so they will get the attention they need to maximize their performance. We have multiple options to train for middle school or high school athletes. We will train your athlete to develop the physical and mental training they need to take their game to the next level.

Reserving Your Sessions

We use the Zen Planner App to reserve your training sessions. While you have specific training times, reserving your appointments is important because it’s how we prepare for our sessions and also track your athletes’ attendance over time. You can book out all of your sessions in advance or up to 60 minutes before training time.

If you reserve a spot and do not show or unreserve your training session, it will be counted against your membership.

Can We Switch Sessions

If you need to switch session times, we work to provide flexibility. As long as there is availability in the sessions, we generally allows switches from one time to another. You can text us at (815) 240-0652 to request your session switch.

Training Shoes

To provide the best training and keep our facility clean, we ask that your athlete wear shoes other than their “street shoes.” This lowers the risk of falls and prevents a mess on the floor, especially in the winter.

We recommend cross-training shoes made of non-knit material.

Our program involves a lot of agility work, and those shoes leave athletes susceptible to injury or poor training sessions because of their lack of stability.

Membership Expiration

Occasionally, your athlete will miss their training. We offer a 2-week extension for our 12-week Membership at no additional cost. Because of this extension, we do not provide a “hold” on your membership unless your athlete has an injury excused by a physician. To request a membership extension, please email [email protected]

Training sessions will expire after the completion of total sessions or 14 weeks from the start of the membership unless there are extenuating circumstances.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your membership before it expires, there is a $99 cancellation fee.
